The machines all have a roof and a half windshield. All of our rentals are street legal and have trail permits. All drivers must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. Helmets are required for everyone - both drivers and passengers. Parents are welcome to take children on the UTV but need to provide their own car seat. We are unable to offer accident or damage insurance. If you are concerned about insurance, please contact your insurance agent about coverage. Guests are required to sign a waiver prior to ride and are responsible for any damages or injuries.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION - A $25 deposit is taken at time of bookings over the phone(balance paid at check in). If cancelled at anytime, the $25 is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs, 48 hours or less prior to rental, guest is responsible for full cost of the rental unless we are able to re-book.

Due to the dense forested areas, cellular connections may not always be available.
